No. Our CPR & AED course is designed for complete beginners. No medical background or prior training is required. The course is open to anyone aged 16 and above.
You may reschedule your course date at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your situation — we are flexible where we can be.
The Standard CPR & AED course takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, including the practical assessment. The Occupational First Aid course is longer, typically a full day (about 7-8 hours) due to the wider range of topics covered.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to kneel on the floor (you will be practising chest compressions). Bring a valid photo ID for certification purposes. All training materials and equipment are provided — you do not need to bring anything else.
We cap our classes at 20 participants to ensure everyone gets enough hands-on practice time and personal attention from the instructor.
Your CPR & AED certification is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. We recommend scheduling a refresher course before your certification expires to keep your skills sharp and current.
Yes. Upon successfully completing the practical assessment, you will receive your CPR & AED certification on the same day. The certificate includes your name, date of certification, and expiry date.
We offer a refresher course for renewal, which is shorter and more affordable than the full course. We also send reminder emails to past participants before their certification expires. Simply register for the renewal course through our website or contact us directly.
Yes. We offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more participants. For corporate bookings, we also provide on-site training at your premises at no additional venue cost. Contact us for a customised quote.
We accept bank transfer, PayNow, and corporate invoicing (for company bookings). All our courses are also SkillsFuture Credit eligible — you can use your credit to offset course fees. Payment details are provided upon registration confirmation. For corporate clients, we can arrange invoicing with NET-30 payment terms.
Yes. All our courses are SkillsFuture Credit eligible. Every Singaporean aged 25 and above receives SkillsFuture Credit that can be used to offset course fees. Simply provide your SkillsFuture Credit claim reference during registration and we will guide you through the process.
For companies: You may also be eligible for the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC), which provides up to $10,000 to offset training costs. Additionally, Absentee Payroll (AP) funding and Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (up to 90% course fee subsidy) may apply. Contact us for details on maximising your training subsidies.
