We started with a simple belief: everyone should know how to save a life. We train ordinary people to do extraordinary things in the moments that matter most.
Cardiac arrest does not wait for a doctor to arrive. It does not happen only in hospitals. It happens in offices, in shopping malls, at sports events, and in homes. The people who are already there — colleagues, bystanders, family members — are the ones who can make the difference.
That is why we exist. We train ordinary people to do extraordinary things in the moments that matter most. Since our founding, we have trained over 5,000 individuals and partnered with more than 200 companies to make workplaces across Singapore safer and better prepared.
Our commitment goes beyond certification. We believe that every person trained is another potential life saved — and we bring that conviction into every session we deliver.
Why first aid training matters in Singapore
When someone suffers a cardiac arrest, their chance of survival drops by 7-10% for every minute without CPR. In Singapore, the average ambulance response time is 11 minutes. That is a gap only a trained bystander can fill.
Singapore has invested heavily in placing AEDs in public spaces — there are thousands of registered AEDs across the island. But an AED is only useful if someone nearby knows how to use it. Our training bridges that gap, turning everyday people into confident first responders who can sustain a life until professional help arrives.
Studies show that bystander CPR can double or even triple survival rates. Every person we train is another potential life saved.
